BP seems content to take months containing and cleaning up the spill. Governor Jindal promotes inventing new technology to help clean the spill, develops it, then gets on a boat himself and sucks the oil out of the Gulf: "we're not waiting for anyone to come and save us." Take a hint Tony Hayward.
